OK, so it's more food, but I couldn't help myself. This is my attempt at beer can chicken, tried last weekend on several unsuspecting friends we asked over for dinner. They had no idea I had never tried to make this, much less 3 of them, but they turned out quite well. I busted out the big charcoal grill and cooked them over indirect heat and they were so moist it almost made me cry. They recipe curiously omitted garlic, but next time I think I'll toss some in, either in powdered form in the dry rub, or in smashed clove form in the actual beer in the can.
